Jeff Claughton brings a skill set to the PGA developed from a career in accounting and management across a range of industries and organizations.

He recently (in 2024) retired after 18 years as CEO of Australian Medical Procedures Research Foundation Ltd. In this role, Jeff developed this not-for-profit company to be a sustainable and respected provider of specialized medical services, with a team of over 100 staff and volunteers. Prior to that, Jeff has had roles as Associate Director (Finance) with HHG Legal Group and as a Senior Tax Adviser and partner in city and rural accountancy practices.
